Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping & Delivery We offer free shipping across New Zealand. Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days after dispatch.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or other circumstances beyond our control.

Tracking Your Order Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

Lost or Delayed Packages If your package hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@lensio.nz and we'll resolve it as quickly as possible.
